Mathematics is fun, Mathematics is life, Mathematics is all around us. In every steps in our life we need mathematics knowingly or unknowingly. From farmer to space scientist everybody needs mathematical knowledge as per their requirement. In ALOHA all children love to learn Arithmetic in a way of fun and easily they can overcome their fear on math. If we can start to teach the children about numbers and basic calculations through addition, subtraction, multiplication and division from an early age then they can get their confidence and gradually they can solve any complex calculations without any stress.

The incremental development of technology, our children more and more depending on electronic devices for basic calculations and as a result their brain development gets stuck from an early age.

At first, we will introduce some basic classifications of numbers.

EVEN AND ODD NUMBERS

An even number is a number that can be divided into two equal groups. An odd number is a number that cannot be divided into two equal groups. Even numbers end in 2, 4, 6, 8 and 0 ( e.g., 42, 54, 76, 28, 20. Odd numbers end in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. (e.g., 11, 33, 45, 77, 89.

The last digit of any number when you can see 2. 4. 6 or 8 then it will must be even number and when the last digit you can see 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9 then it will must be odd number.

PRIME NUMBERS

prime number is a whole number with exactly two factors, itself and 1. .The number 5 is a prime number because it cannot be divided evenly by any other numbers except for 5 and 1.

Example of some Prime Numbers are 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, 97, 101, 103, 107, 109, 113, 127, 131, 137, 139, 149, 151, 157, 163, 167, 173, 179, 181, 191, 193, 197, 199. These numbers are prime numbers because these numbers can’t divided any numbers except itself and 1.
